This policy explains which personal data the tijanavukan.com website collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It describes what the site really does.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Tijana Vukan. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected] or use the contact form on this site.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number with the country code and your message. The IP address and browser details the message was sent from are recorded with it, to protect the form against abuse. We use this data only to answer you. Legal basis: the steps you ask for before any cooperation, and our legitimate interest in answering your message.
Visits to the site: when you open the site, our server and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, process your IP address, the time, the page opened and technical details of your browser. Cloudflare also records aggregate visit statistics without cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure and working site.
The site has no user accounts, no newsletter, and uses no cookies for analytics or advertising.
3. Who receives the data
- the hosting provider, on whose servers in Germany (EU) the site runs and where contact form messages are kept;
- the email service provider through which the message is delivered to the [email protected] mailbox;
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site;
- Google Fonts and flagcdn.com, from which the fonts and the flag icons in the phone field are loaded; they receive your IP address when they do;
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your data. Cloudflare and Google are companies based in the United States; transfers of data to them rely on standard contractual clauses.
Daily backup copies of the database are also kept with an external backup service outside the European Union.
4. How long we keep the data
- Contact form messages: 12 months from receipt, after which they are deleted from the server automatically. The copy that arrives in the mailbox is kept as part of business correspondence.
- Server access logs: 14 days.
5. Cookies
- siteLang: remembers the language you chose, 1 year.
- cf_clearance: set by Cloudflare when it checks that the visitor is not an automated program, up to 1 year.
Both cookies are necessary for the site to work and stay protected, and they are set without separate consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]; you will receive an answer within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
7. Minors
The site is not intended for persons under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and contact form messages are kept outside the public part of the server, with access limited to authorised persons.
9. Changes
When the way the site handles data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
